Nestled in the French Alps, I spent my formative years in Morzine, assisting in my parents' restaurant situated at the foot of a ski lift. Here, we served authentic Alpine cuisine.

 

After a decade and a half in the Alps, our family relocated to St Tropez, trading mountain life for the coast. We opened a lounge bar, serving fresh seafood and exquisite French cuisine. My childhood was marked by hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, from serving and cooking to advising guests on food and wine pairings.

Post-high school, I pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering in Lyon, reputed as a global gastronomy hub. This seven-year stint in Lyon allowed me to dine at renowned establishments like Paul Bocuse, Le Pyramid, La Mère Brazier, Guy Lassausaie, and Les Terrasses de Lyon.

Driven by curiosity and a deep-seated interest in gastronomy and culture, I explored varied recipes and connected with diverse individuals. A working holiday visa led me to Montreal, where I gained experience working in bistro restaurants. My journey across Canada ultimately led me to settle in Whistler.

In this picturesque town, I began hosting cheese-themed gatherings for friends, featuring cheese plates, fondue, and raclettes. This sparked a desire to share my passion and expertise with the wider Whistler community.

 

My mission now is to provide the finest cheese plates, raclettes, and fondues delivered right to your doorstep.
